Can you put the pieces together?

So I know I usually post scary story reviews on the weekends, but I actually wrote this blog in October, and just forgot to post it. Since I saw this film I still feel I should post this review because better late than never. Sorry that it is kind of out of place, but if you haven't seen Jigsaw yet this can help you decide if you should or not. The Saw franchise took seven years to complete, with a total count of seven gloriously gruesome movies. Everyone thought when the final movie came out in 2010 that was the end of the Jigsaw killer. But he is back in the new movie Jigsaw that was released October 27, 2017. The movie is a horrific mystery that follows a series of murders bearing all the markings of the Jigsaw killer, law enforcement officials find themselves chasing the ghost of a man who has been dead for over a decade, and they become embroiled in a new game that's only just begun. Tiptoe through the keyhole

For those of you who did not understand the title of this blog posting, I get it. This is the fourth movie of a series but if you know the song “Tiptoe Through the Tulips” it will make perfect sense. That song has represented the Insidious franchise since 2010. If you do not know the song listen to it, and it will not be as flowery as you expect. Insidious: The Last Key is the fourth movie in the series, but not the best. If you have seen the trailer for this film it sends the wrong message. The trailer is more terrifying than the movie, but definitely draws you in. The average rating on Rotten Tomatoes from the audience point of view, which I will paste with the links, is a 3.6/5 which I personally feel does not do the movie justice. Then, the average Rotten Tomatoes scoring is a 4.9/10, which I also feel is not what this movie deserveded.
