What could IT be?
IT...a movie most know for it’s horrifying clown. The movie that most likely generated the case of coulrophobia also known as the phobia of clowns. But how horrific is this movie really? The 2017 remake of the original film from 1990 was heavily amped up. Just the movie posters are enough to scare people away or draw them in for more horror. It was ready to be the year’s scariest film. From the menacing clown to the creepy concept this reboot had so much potential that it sadly did not live up to. It takes place in the small town of Derry but what makes this town different? The fact that children are constantly disappearing. The constant of each disappearance each kid came into contact with a clown. As the story progresses the five main characters in the movie come to the realization that this clown is the reason kids are vanishing, but that’s not all IT can do.
